How is this different from Bootcamp?
•        Don’t be fooled! No “laxing” here, you’ll be pushed, you’ll be sweating, and you’ll get
the results you’re after –
Marines who are under- or overweight based on the Corps'
standards are enrolled in the Marine Corps body composition program, which helps the
Marines return to fighting trim.
This is a very close copy taught by the same people.
•        “Go at your pace workout.  Modified so students with little background can
participate. But you will be pushed.
•        Less impact than our traditional bootcamp, making it ideal for beginners to athletes
recovering from injury.
•        Supportive Group environment, it's one of the best parts of the program!

COMPLETION OF FITNESS CAMP)

US MARINE CORPS PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST.

Fitness is essential to the day-to-day effectiveness and combat readiness of the Marine
Corps. The Marine Corps considers physical fitness an indispensable aspect of
leadership. The habits of self-discipline required to gain and maintain a high level of
physical fitness are inherent to the Marine Corps way of life and must be a part of the
character of every Marine. Marines who are not physically fit can be a detriment to the
readiness and combat efficiency of their unit.

Marines who are under or overweight based on the Corps' standards are enrolled in the
Marine Corps body composition program, which helps the Marines return to fighting trim.

The full 45 day Body Composition Program is perfect for those of you trying to get into a
U.S. Military branch but need work on passing the physical.

A DOCTOR YOU WILL BE BROUGHT TO OUR CLINIC AT YOUR EXPENSE.

CONDUCTED.

DIETARY NEEDS.

The Body Composition Program is a High Intensity, Interval Circuit Training System
that focuses on optimizing fat loss while increasing lean muscle, total body strength and
cardiovascular endurance.

How?  Through specifically designed fitness routines that focus on multi-joint, multi-
compound muscle groups, real-world functional movements that enhance core strength,
balance, muscular strength, cardio endurance, and total-body power. . .All in a dynamic,
High Intensity Routine.  The results produce greater fat loss, increased metabolism,
increased muscular and cardio endurance. The BCP workout is the same one that Navy
SEALs utilize, it can be “taken on the road” without the use any equipment. At BCP camp,
every day is different. One day you may focus on upper body, the next lower body and
the next running. No worries if you're not a runner, you can start off speed walking, we'll
have you running at the end of 2 weeks! How? Not only will you be tapping into
motivation you never thought you had, but you’ll also be taking part in expert training
from Jim English and his team which includes his exclusive “running clinic”. Finally this
is a team effort. You get to know each other both on and off the field. How well your team
works together determines the number of Team Work Drills, designed to get you going
both physically and mentally!

When you combine Circuit Training with High Intensity Interval Training with a focused
intention on maximum output with little rest between circuit-interval stations, you get a
"High Intensity Workout!"

This is our formula:

Our Extreme BCP Boot Camp is a 1 to 6 Week program, 24 hours a day 7 days a week until
your goals are met.

High intensity + Maximum Effort = Great Results! Extreme PT Camp

The BCP camp was designed for individuals who:

•        Need a jump start to get going

•        Are tired of wasting time and money on gyms and trainers

What is a typical day of BCP camp?
A typical day is repeated 90 minute sessions of non-stop full body PT That”s calisthenics
Navy SEAL style. The PT workout is the same one that Navy SEALs utilize, it can be
“taken on the road” without the use any equipment. At BCP camp, every day is different.
One day you may focus on upper body, the next lower body and the next running. No
worries if you're not a runner, you can start off speed walking, we'll have you running at
the end of 2 weeks! How? Not only will you be tapping into motivation you never thought
you had, but you’ll also be taking part in expert training from Jim English and his team
which includes his exclusive “running clinic”. Finally this is a team effort. You get to know
each other both on and off the field. How well your team works together determines the
number of Team Work Drills, designed to get you going both physically and mentally!

Why should I do this?
The reasons are many. Primarily it's an awesome alternative to the usual fitness center
where you join and rarely see results. Instead, at BCP camp you'll put forth 110% effort
and in return you'll get excellent results and camaraderie that you typically won’t find in a
gym. Jim English has reputation for having the toughest program with the best results.
Most students don't realize that the mental make over they receive is just as impacting as
the physical make over!

Do you recommend the warm-up training?
YES, even for students entering the program with an solid fitness background will benefit
from a minimum of 1 week of warm-up training. More is recommended if you’re a bit
“rusty”. Warm-up training gets you used to exercises, the instructors and works out some
of the “kinks” ahead of time.

Do I have to purchase any additional gear?
No, a uniformed T-shirt will be provided for you upon registering for BCP camp or
Lifers Team, however you may purchase extra gear to cut back on washing if you prefer.
A list of all required gear you must bring will be sent to you after registration.

Yes, All of your paperwork is completed when you register!

Where & When is it held?
•        Classes are held in Vanderbilt, Mi.

successfully graduating from PT camp in order to make you a candidate for The Lifers
Team.

We use the USMC Physical Fitness Test as a
completion goal for Fitness Camp.

Upon completion you will be able to pass the Entry
Physical Fitness Test for any branch of service.

The USMC Physical Fitness Test

Fitness is essential to the day-to-day effectiveness and combat readiness of the Marine
Corps. The Marine Corps considers physical fitness an indispensable aspect of
leadership. The habits of self-discipline required to gain and maintain a high level of
physical fitness are inherent to the Marine Corps way of life and must be a part of the
character of every Marine. Marines who are not physically fit can be a detriment to the
readiness and combat efficiency of their unit. Accordingly, every Marine will engage in an
effective PCP on a continuing and progressive basis.

The Marine Corps PCP has two main components - The Physical Fitness Test and the
Body Composition Program.

The PFT is a semi-annual evaluation, which is conducted in green-on-green T-shirt and
shorts, socks, and running shoes. The green-on-green sweat suit may be used in winter
climates. Gloves may also be worn.

The PFT has three events, pull-ups (Flexed-Arm Hang for females), abdominal crunches,
and a 3-mile run. All PFT events will be conducted in a single session, not to exceed 2
hours in duration. Movement of Marines from one event to the next should allow adequate
time to recover, stretch, and drink water.

Pull-ups

This event is not timed, your score is determined by how many pull-ups you can
complete before dropping off the bar. This event is male Marines only.

Flexed-Arm Hang

This event is timed, your score is based on how long you can hang maintaining elbow
flexion. This event is for female Marines.

Abdominal Crunches

Your score is determined by the number of crunches you can do in the 2-minute time limit.

3-Mile Run

This event is timed, and your score is determined by how long it takes to complete the
run.

In order to pass the semi-annual fitness test, you must perform the minimum acceptable
performance requirements shown in the chart below. Additionally, you must have enough
overall points to meet the 3rd class fitness requirements.

Fitness Requirements for Each PFT Event (Males)
Age         Pull-Ups         Crunches         3-Mile Run
17-26            3                      50                    28:00

The following tables reflect the Marine Corps weight standards for both male and female
Marines.

All Marines are expected to maintain the Marine Corps height and weight standards. A
large component of operational readiness is the physical fitness of the individual Marines.

Marines who are under- or overweight based on the Corps' standards are enrolled in the
Marine Corps body composition program, which helps the Marines return to fighting trim.

course which you’re eligible for after completing your four weeks of PT camp. It demands
the same, if not more discipline, motivation, and teamwork.
The course is based upon the honor system. Cheating, lying or contentious attitudes will

How the Lifer’s Team operates
Offering a multi-tiered fitness approach designed to motivate you to meet your personal
